HOW TO COOK PIGAR PIGAR (FILIPINO DISH)
Ingredients (Available at Coles , Woolworths or IGA near you )500g beef, sliced thinly150g beef liver, sliced thinly 1 large onions, sliced4 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepperHalf head of cabbage (chopped)oil
1. Marinate beef slices and liver for at least an hour in soy sauce, salt and black pepper in deep bowl.
2. Heat up the oil , then add the beef slices and liver slices. Deep fry both beef and liver slices.
3. Once beef and liver slices are crispy (the sides will burn first) remove beef quickly then add unto the mix of sliced onions and cabbage.
4. Quickly wok all ingredients together until cabbage and onion is slightly cooked.
5. Serve hot with rice.
6. Eat and enjoy !
